The Student Help Desk Analyst, under the supervision of full-time IT staff, serves as a primary contact for the university community seeking technical assistance. This role provides foundational (Tier 1) support for various IT services and involves remote and walk-up customer support. It is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues.
