You will ensure efficient patient flow, HIPAA compliance, and strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced medical environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expertise in medical billing and collections, and a track record of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a medical office management or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and hold staff accountable.
• Experience driving operational improvements and practice growth.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
