As a hairstylist student, you’ll observe, learn, and develop your craft while building a client base. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, on‑the‑job training, and the potential to advance along our eight‑level

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in beauty school; ready to transition to a professional career.
• Flexible scheduling including night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon environment.
• Develop your craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with licensed professionals for consultations on guests.
• Observe, learn, and sharpen skills while building clientele.
