Responsabilidades

• Support the guest experience in the salon environment.
• Participate in a training plan developed with the Salon Leader.
• Partner with licensed pros for consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn from skincare and styling professionals to sharpen skills.
• Help build a strong client base through product knowledge and service excellence.
