• Current Enrollment: You are a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize your learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: A willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
