Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching a FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for beauty school students who want to start earning and building a career from day one. The program offers a 90-day mentorship, new hire orientation, and advanced technical training to enhance cutting and color skills in a supportive salon environment.

As you progress, you can earn while you learn with hourly compensation and a pathway to higher earnings through commission and a career ladder.

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
