Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas is seeking compassionate caregivers who can work around class schedules. We offer flexible PRN shifts and opportunities to build a schedule that fits your commitments while gaining hands-on healthcare experience.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with a weekend differential; education assistance up to $2,500 annually and support for PCA/CNA certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• A CNA or PCA certification is not required for this position.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and supervision.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Transportation to appointments and events.
• Errand running.
• Meal preparation.
• Assistance with light housekeeping.
• Assistance with recreational activities such as crafting, writing, exercising, and more.
• Medication reminders.
• Other duties based on individual client needs.
