Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care is expanding in Northwest Arkansas to provide non-medical care with a compassionate approach, including respite care, companionship, meal prep, transportation, and ADL assistance. We offer a weekend differential, flexible PRN scheduling, and the chance to choose client assignments that fit your needs.

Full-time and part-time staff receive paid time off, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, support for PCA/CNA certifications, and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sitting.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Run errands and accompanying transportation to events.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping assistance.
• Assist with recreational activities such as crafting, letter writing, exercise, etc.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.
