Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support at the Northwest Arkansas location. Join a reputable organization offering flexible PRN scheduling, client matching, and paid time off for both full-time and part-time staff.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with weekend differential. Education assistance up to $2,500 annually and support for PCA/CNA certification help you grow professionally while delivering quality companionship and ADL support to clients.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sit with clients.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and supervision as needed.
• Participate in recreational activities with clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
