KIPP NYC Public Schools in New York City seeks a School Operations Manager (SOM) to oversee daily school operations, enrollment targets, facilities and technology, and health and safety protocols. The SOM reports to the Director of Operations and supervises the School Operations Administrator.

The role involves coordinating recruitment, events, field trips, and communications with staff, students, and families.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations: arrival, attendance, transitions, lunch/recess, dismissal.
• Manage SOA and ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Communicate with staff, students, and families and respond within 24–48 hours.
• Support recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Monitor student health and safety and coordinate with the nurse and BRT.
