Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Advise students and families on financing a Iona education, including eligibility, processes, programs, and budgeting.
• Deliver high-quality service via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Review applications for accuracy to determine eligibility and need; package and award aid.
• Manage Pell Grant and Federal Loan Programs, including originations and disbursements.
