Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge and abilities.
• Technical fluency with Excel and Word; experience with student financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicates university policies and procedures to students, staff and the public and explains account details.
• Performs high-volume tuition-related transactions and reconciles daily cash handling.
• Resolves student financial holds and maintains confidentiality under FERPA and applicable codes.
• Produces ID cards for students, staff and faculty; assists with meal plan inquiries.
