Job summary

North Shore Community College is seeking a Financial Services Processor to support the Student Financial Services department. You will assist with daily operations of Student Accounts and Financial Aid, respond to student inquiries, process payments and waivers, review documents, and maintain calendars and communications.

This on-site position may cover Lynn or Danvers campuses and occasionally evenings or weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time (or equivalent) office management/administration experience with duties such as budgeting, records, or contracts (per MA requirements).
• Substitution: Associate or higher in business/public admin may reduce required experience.
• Ability to travel between campuses and work evenings/weekends during events.
• CORI/SORI or background check upon employment.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students and families by phone, in person, and email.
• Process payments and tuition waivers; post to student accounts.
• Review financial aid documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate mailings, and support SFS events.
• Assist students with MyNorthshore portal and eRefund setup.
