SALARY: $2,152.54 biweekly, ($55,966.04 per year) with fringe benefits. An appointment made from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at this salary, step #1 of the range or as adjusted in accordance with the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement. The Financial Services Processor provides comprehensive customer service support to the Student Financial Services department. The position assists with the daily operations of Student Accounts and Financial Aid by responding to student and family inquiries, processing payments and tuition waivers, reviewing documents, maintaining departmental communications and calendars, coordinating mailings and events, and supporting office coverage. This position requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate records, exercise discretion when handling confidential information, and apply established institutional, state, and federal policies and procedures. The Financial Services Processor works collaboratively with Student Financial Services staff and other college departments to support efficient operations and enhance the overall student experience. The position may provide coverage at the Lynn or Danvers Campus and may occasionally work evenings or weekends during peak registration periods or special events.
