The role requires analytical skills, independence, and urgency to meet deadlines, with a strong focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a financial aid department.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review student financial aid files for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify and post Title IV awards and loans.
• Prepare reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow forecasts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campuses and students.
• Stay compliant with Title IV regulations and policies.
• Drive required duties with accuracy and urgency.
