The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a financial aid department, an Associate’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Excel/Office skills, with a focus on compliant processing and timely customer service.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in a financial aid department of an accredited college or university with direct responsibility for processing Title IV activities, VA programs and Agency funding preferred.
• Associate’s degree or comparable work experience required; Bachelor’s degree with related coursework preferred.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Post all charges, receipts, funds and refunds to student accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of student account balances.
• Ensures all refunds are posted and processed by required due dates.
• Performs credit balance review and schedules refunds accordingly.
• Review accuracy of VA Education Benefit payments and debt letter processing.
• Ability to post VA or Agency refunds to account ledger.
• Agency invoicing and collections.
• Enforce corporate refund policy to ensure compliant with state and federal regulations.
