Job summary

Success Education Colleges, a system of allied health institutions, seeks a dedicated Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through federal and state aid processes. You will verify applications, input data, and coordinate with Admissions and other departments to ensure compliant, timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government regulations and guidelines relating to financial aid and Title IV.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to students and parents regarding financial aid program requirements and procedures.
• Explain Financial Aid plans to students and parents; review rights and responsibilities.
• Review financial aid applications, forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy; verify FAFSA data.
• Input FAFSA data, review ISIRs and maintain funding schedule in CLASS.
• Provide entrance and exit counseling and answer questions from students or parents.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper files; work with Admissions and other staff.
