Concorde Career College is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to educate and assist students with Federal, State, and institutional aid processes. You will guide FAFSA completion, loans, and packaging while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

Responsibilities include advising on funding sources, conducting reviews, and preparing re-entry/withdraw packets. Join a team focused on accuracy and student success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 3 years Financial Aid Advisor experience.
• 3 years Title IV administration and FAA skills.
• Familiar with VA policy and procedures.
• Computer literate with Excel and Word.
• CampusVue knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students of funding sources and outline financial aid during tours.
• Assist with FAFSA, MPN for Stafford, Unsubsidized, PLUS, SEOG and Perkins forms.
• Check NSLDS status for prospective student loans.
• Conduct entrance and exit interviews as required by Title IV.
• Prepare re-entry and subsequent packaging accurately.
• Prepare withdraw packets for Home Office Refund team.
• Ensure compliance with Concorde policies and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties related to financial aid packaging.
