Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial aid or finance.
• Knowledge of FAFSA requirements, grants, scholarships and loans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with admissions and student services.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on financial aid options, FAFSA requirements, grants, scholarships, and loans.
• Prepare financial estimates: explain funding, out-of-pocket costs and payment plans.
• Follow through: contact students, collect documents and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records.
• Support compliance with federal, state and accrediting rules.
• Coordinate with admissions and student services to support enrollment.
• Present financial aid information at orientations and events.
