Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in higher education or financial services.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft SIS preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial aid information and guide students through the aid process.
• Apply need analysis and determine eligibility according to regulations.
• Conduct verification, collect documents, and update FAFSA data as needed.
• Package and explain awards, cost of attendance, and changes to students.
