Responsibilities

• Manage student billing and accounts in compliance with policies.
• Work daily with students and families to resolve balances and establish payment plans.
• Prepare and maintain accurate student bills and coordinate with Controller’s Office for reconciliation and reporting.
• Monitor outstanding balances and communicate with students no longer enrolled; collect funds as needed.
