• Associate degree plus two years of applicable experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills for emails and reports.

• Enter and maintain financial data in GFS (e.g., fellowships, CA and RA appointments).
• Monitor and verify RA appointment forms.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyze financial data from multiple systems.
