Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required or equivalent
• Minimum one year of Case Management experience with children with developmental disabilities or challenging behaviors
• Florida driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent administrative, clerical and organizational skills
• Good business writing skills
• Highly organized and able to interact professionally with staff and families
• Computer skills with Google & Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Meet with the S.T.E.P. Coordinator regularly to discuss the program and services
• Act as service facilitator overseeing coordination and timely delivery of services to students and families
• Initiate and coordinate service referrals and scheduling
• Arrange referrals and comment sheets per program guidelines
• Conduct meetings with parents or students to offer guidance and support
• Make referrals to other service providers and coordinate ancillary services
• Assist with information requests from ASC callers and visitors
• Participate in STEP meetings and related activities
• Support ongoing program activities and quality assurance
