Clarkson College in Omaha seeks a College Welcome Center Coordinator to be the face of the campus, delivering a welcoming, inclusive, and professional experience for all stakeholders. The role coordinates communication between internal and external entities and ensures that experiences meet or exceed expectations.

The coordinator will interact with 1250+ students and employees and many visitors. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, two years in an office or administrative

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills required.
• Experience operating a personal computer and proficiency in MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Clarkson College at the Welcome Center and provide a welcoming, inclusive, and professional experience for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external entities and guests to meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide support to college constituents to ensure Welcome Center activities are organized, coordinated, and implemented.
• Interact with 1,250+ students and employees and numerous external guests.
