Penn State Dickinson Law invites applications for the Associate Director of Student Affairs at the Carlisle location to lead student services, wellness, and inclusive community-building, collaborating across Carlisle and University Park.

The role oversees event programming, NSO and commencement, RSOs/SBA support, student accommodations, and retention initiatives, reporting to the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in student affairs, student services, or admissions.
• Experience in presentations, student support, student life and activities, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Lead event programming for Student Affairs including wellness events and signature programming; manage contracts, budgets, invoicing, and forecasting.
• Plan and execute New Student Orientation (NSO), Commencement, and student awards events across Carlisle and University Park.
• Support RSOs and SBA; train leaders; ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
• Coordinate student services including accommodations, proctoring, and travel funding; oversee retention programming and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with inclusive community-building and pathway programming; provide logistics for diverse programming.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise student workers; manage office operations and assessment activities.
