Penn State Dickinson Law is seeking an Associate Director of Student Affairs for its Carlisle location, reporting to the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. The role coordinates academic and student services, counseling support, accommodations, and signature events across Carlisle and University Park, fostering inclusion and student success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in student affairs, student services, or admissions.
• Experience in presentations, student support, student life and activities, and event support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex events in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead student affairs event programming and manage budgets and contracts.
• Plan NSO, commencements, and awards with cross-campus collaboration.
• Support RSOs, SBA, and leadership training across Carlisle and University Park.
• Oversee student services, accommodations, proctoring, and retention initiatives.
• Develop surveys and assessment tools to measure program impact.
