Qualifications

• Extensive experience in student affairs, student services, or admissions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex events, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with disability services coordination, accommodation processes, and student retention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Student Affairs event programming, including wellness events and RSOs/SBA activities.
• Plan New Student Orientation, Commencement, and awards events across Carlisle and University Park campuses.
• Provide guidance and training to student organization leaders to promote professionalism and civility.
• Oversee student services, accommodations processes, and proctoring of accommodated exams; support retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments (Academic Affairs, MarCom, Financial Aid, Alumni Relations) on pathway programming and inclusive community-building.
