Job summary

Colibri Group seeks a Customer Service Representative to support students and instructors, reporting to the Site Manager. You will be the face of the school, delivering white-glove service and ensuring a welcoming environment at our Scottsdale campus and events.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, scheduling, handling inquiries by phone, chat, or in person, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic CRM software experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; check students in and schedule.
• Answer inquiries in person, via chat, and by phone.
• Maintain accurate student and class records in the CRM.
• Support Site Manager with scheduling, attendance, and inventory tasks.
• Assist instructors with classroom prep and technology support.
• Provide friendly service and face-to-face support at events.
