Job summary

Colibri Group in Scottsdale is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the school, welcoming guests, assisting students with scheduling, answering inquiries in person, via chat, and by phone, and maintaining student and class records in our CRM.

The role supports the Site Manager with schedule coordination, inventory counts, cash reconciliation, classroom setup, and event coverage, including offsite events. Candidates should be friendly, patient, and responsive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, checking students in, and assisting with scheduling.
• Answer in person, chat, and phone inquiries about classes and site details.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of student/class records in a CRM.
• Assist Site Manager with schedules, attendance documentation, inventory, and cash reconciliation.
• Support classroom materials prep and technology needs; assist with licensing applications.
• Ensure classrooms and facilities are neat, stocked and well maintained.
• Provide friendly, proactive service and support to students and staff.
• Occasional offsite event support and after-hours coverage.
