Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field; degree must be conferred by start date.
• Career Services Coordinator- One year of related experience.
• Career Services Coordinator II- Three years of related experience OR Two years of related experience and progress toward an advanced degree.
• Senior Career Services Coordinator- Five years of related experience OR Three years of related experience and progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Senior Career Services Coordinator II- Seven years of related experience OR Master's Degree and Five years of related experience and progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
• Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Excellent communication and public speaking; Canva; Microsoft Office; CRM systems; ability to manage information; lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop employer and campus partnerships to expand experiential learning opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with employers, academic departments, and university partners to create internships, job shadowing, and part-time opportunities.
• Support programs that help students explore careers, build professional networks, and gain real-world experience before graduation.
• Contribute to outreach and communications that promote career readiness and employer engagement.
• Work with CRM and other systems to manage partner information and opportunities.
