About this Position

Manage employer contacts and activities through the Career Services employer database and online recruitment tools. Identify, recruit, and enroll new employers to hire OSU students and alumni. Lead special projects as requested and assist with other Career Services tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• Career Services Coordinator: Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience
  Career Services Coordinator II: Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience and demonstrated experience toward and applicable advanced degree
  Senior Career Services Coordinator: Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience and demonstrated experience toward an advanced degree
  Senior Career Services Coordinator II: Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience OR Master's degree and five years of related experience

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Superior interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and tools, ability to work within an online customer relations management database.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's

  Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field of study.

• One year experience in sales, customer service, human resources, public relations, or other equivalent.
