Qualifications

• Career Services Coordinator — 1 year of related experience.
• Career Services Coordinator II — 3 years of related experience or 2 years plus progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Career Services Coordinator Sr I — 5 years of related experience or 3 years plus progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Career Services Coordinator Sr II — 7 years of related experience or master's degree and 5 years related experience and progress toward an applicable advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• You will connect students, alumni and employers to inspire career growth and lifelong engagement.
• Build relationships with employers and alumni to open doors to internships and opportunities.
• Provide personalized coaching to Spears Business students to help identify and plan for professional goals.
• Coordinate dynamic programs and networking experiences in collaboration with OSU campus and industry partners.
