Job summary

OSU Career Services is seeking a dynamic professional to develop employer and campus partnerships that expand experiential learning opportunities for students.

You will collaborate with employers, academic departments, and university partners to create internships, job shadowing programs, part-time employment opportunities, and other hands‑on experiences that help students explore careers, build professional networks, and gain real-world experience before graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Student Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or other related degrees.
• Career Services Coordinator- One year of related experience.
• Career Services Coordinator II- Three years of related experience OR Two years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Senior Career Services Coordinator- Five years of related experience OR Three years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Senior Career Services Coordinator II- Seven years of related experience OR Master's Degree and Five years of related experience and demonstrated progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Additional post-secondary education beyond requirements may substitute for years of required experience.
• Ability to obtain CCSP, CCC, GCDF or equivalent certification within one year of start date.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with experience developing written and visual content in tools like Canva, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage information within CRM and other online systems. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
