Reporting to the Director of Advising and Retention in the Division of Student Services, the Student Experience Advocate serves as the welcoming, front-line point of contact for students and visitors. The position provides exceptional customer service, responds to general student questions, and assists students with Admissions, FAFSA and Financial Aid, Advising, Accessibility, Wellness, and other Student Services needs. The Student Experience Advocate serves as an initial point of contact and provides effective triage by identifying student needs, providing basic assistance, and connecting students with the appropriate office, staff member, or campus resource. Through these efforts, the position helps remove barriers and supports student enrollment, engagement, persistence, retention, and completion.
