Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, signage, decorations, etc.)
• Provide on-site support during events (registration, ushering, crowd control, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces before and after use
• Communicate effectively with event staff, vendors, and attendees
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Coordinator
