Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of The HOP and attends weekly meetings.
• Develops and implements training for event planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, facilities, safety, food, and related needs.
• Develops and executes infrastructure for communication, marketing, and promotion of weekly activities.
• Monitors program budgets and advises committees on budget allocations over $450,000 and events totaling $120,000.
