Job summary

The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Center for Information Technology Services seeks a Student Enterprise Applications Associate Analyst to support and maintain enterprise applications, including Ellucian Banner, Self-Service Banner, Experience, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Blackboard, Mediasite and AppWorx.

Responsibilities include design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security, reporting, and aligning campus business practices with ERP capabilities while working mostly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Computer Engineering or related field to student applications.
• Prior knowledge of ERP application functionality preferred.
• Experience with student enterprise applications and business processes supporting the student lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, tests and assists in the implementation of functional aspects of enterprise-wide application software solutions.
• Assesses campus business practices and analyzes ERP software applications to implement best practices for campus functions.
• Acts as liaison between end users and technical teams to address issues and propose solutions.
• Provides functional support of the production ERP application with campus users.
• Gathers business requirements and creates functional designs to enhance ERP functionality.
• Creates and executes test plans, evaluates results and documents new features for system enhancements.
