Job summary

Highline College is seeking a Program Coordinator for Student Enrollment to serve as the primary contact for enrollment, guiding students through processes and policies. You will work with faculty, staff and the public, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses while maintaining FERPA compliance and high-quality service.

The role includes processing enrollment transactions, waivers and verifications, updating forms and calendars, and supporting staff training.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and two years of office-related customer service experience.
• Four years of combined full-time customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience in higher education student services; multilingual abilities; experience with PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated enrollment services to students, faculty, staff and the public.
• Process enrollment transactions and maintain FERPA confidentiality.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email; greet visitors at Information Desk.
• Assist with enrollment policies, forms, calendars and communications.
• Support training for hourly staff and student workers.
