Primary Purpose: The Student Enrollment Ambassador serves as a student leader who supports campus enrollment efforts by connecting with prospective students and families who have expressed interest in Texans Can Academies. Ambassadors provide peer insight, share personal experiences, assist families with questions, and promote a welcoming school culture.

• Increase enrollment through authentic peer outreach
• Strengthen family trust and connection

Key Responsibilities

Family and Student Outreach

Referral and Recruitment Support

• Promote the student referral program
• Encourage peers to invite eligible friends and family
• Track referrals accurately

Event Support

• Assist with enrollment events and orientations
• Serve as student representatives during orientations and special events
• Support social media testimonials as needed

Retention Support

• Check in with newly enrolled students
• Encourage attendance and engagement during the first 30-60 days

Working Conditions

Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged computer use.
