Job summary

Jefferson Health's Enrollment Management team seeks an Assistant Director of Strategic Communications & Events to lead enrollment marketing initiatives across First-Year, Transfer, and Graduate programs. You will collaborate with academic programs and University Marketing & Communications to craft timely, brand-aligned campaigns that raise awareness, drive applications, and support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience in undergraduate and/or graduate admissions offices preferred.
• Slate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with co-workers, visitors and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Plan, develop and execute enrollment strategies and tactics to improve KPIs.
• Provide strategic direction for communications plans and ensure alignment with Enrollment Management priorities.
• Design and manage events and visits for assigned populations, including on-campus and virtual formats.
• Develop and manage marketing assets (website, print, email, digital, video) to generate demand for programs.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships, tracking expenses and aligning with project goals.
