Job summary

Georgetown University is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Center for Student Engagement to advise students and student organizations in programming, leadership development, and co-curricular learning experiences.

The role includes designing and delivering leadership programs, training initiatives, and coordinating with the Advisory Board for Club Sports and GOLD activities, all within a fast-paced on-campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years in student activities or advising.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to perform light on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise students and student organizations in programming and leadership development.
• Design and implement leadership training initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Advisory Board for Club Sports and GOLD programs.
• Deliver department leadership programs and training initiatives including hazing education.
