Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking a Campus Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary operational liaison for the Liberty campus, driving efficient daily operations and a welcoming environment for students, employees, and visitors.

The role collaborates with academic and administrative departments to support facilities, safety, student success, and community partnerships, ensuring alignment with the college’s mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating campus operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day campus operations to ensure efficient services.
• Serve as primary contact for campus operational issues and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with Facilities to maintain clean, safe buildings and spaces.
• Coordinate facility rentals and ensure spaces are prepared for events.
• Support enrollment management and student engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to College leadership.
