Job summary

San Joaquin Delta College is seeking a program administrator to manage Empowerment Resource Programs (ERP) including FKCE, YESS, ILP, Guardian Scholars, Phoenix Project, Rising Stars, and Pride Center. You will supervise staff, plan activities, oversee budgets, liaise with campus and community partners, conduct evaluations, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, career development, social welfare, human services, sociology or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience with related student populations.
• One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working with foster youth in higher education settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement and monitor program activities to ensure success.
• Coordinate programs with campus departments and community partners.
• Interview, supervise, train and evaluate staff.
• Prepare grant applications, reports and deliver presentations.
• Administer program budget and monitor expenditures.
• Collect and analyze data to demonstrate compliance with grant terms.
• Respond to and resolve issues from participants, staff, and faculty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
