• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience accepted.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employment lifecycle for student workers, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Post job openings, review 150+ applications monthly, and facilitate hiring.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate student records across multiple databases and systems.
