Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of customer services experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word; excellent verbal and written skills; strong organizational skills and multitask.
• Background check successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary administrative and programmatic support for student emergency funds and grants.
• Independently manage application, review, documentation, communication and payment processes.
• Coordinate Clery reporting responsibilities and engage in related activities.
• Support grant opportunities, proposals and required reporting.
• Offer front desk coverage and general office operations including purchasing.
