Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Research Development Partnerships Analyst 2 to support the Department of Emergency Medicine’s research programs. The role focuses on grant submission prep, coordination with sponsors, investigators, and offices to prepare compliant proposals and post-award activities.

The incumbent will draft text, populate documents, initiate MOUs/DUAs/MTAs, track metrics, and contribute to program development in a fast-paced academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with pre- and post-award submissions (grant lifecycle).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant submission preparation and coordination of complete proposal documents.
• Support post-award activities including MOUs, DUAs, MTAs and related purchases.
• Assist research projects and program development, tracking metrics and events.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and OSU offices to ensure compliance.
