Fairmont State University is piloting a Flight School peer mentorship program to guide new students. Student Directors will recruit mentors (up to 20) and mentees, help design mentor training, plan meetings, coordinate spaces, and manage registrations in Engage.
They will collect feedback and report insights to the Senior Director while performing additional duties as assigned. These student appointments require strong event planning, organization, communication, and leadership skills, with

Student Directors will earn a stipend of $1000 and can expect to work around 5 hours per week.
Must be a current Fairmont State student in good academic and disciplinary standing.
