Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor for the Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center in Prestonsburg, KY. You will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring nutritious meals for students and compliance with health, safety, and dietary standards.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, menu planning on a 28-day cycle, budgeting, and coordination with center management to provide meals during scheduled serving times while maintaining high customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management or related field preferred.
• NRA Food Service Sanitation or equivalent certification beneficial.
• One year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of the food service operation.
• Ensure three meals per day with healthy snacks on weekends/holidays.
• Plan meals on a minimum 28-day cycle and ensure timely service.
