Job summary

Valencia College in Orlando is hiring a full-time Implementation Coordinator to join the Student Development team on the East campus. You will coordinate programs that support student success, manage Welcome Team, Wellness Ambassadors and Valencia Volunteers, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and solid Microsoft Office knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Valencia Volunteers, Welcome Team, and Wellness Ambassadors, including communications, events and reports.
• Co-advise student teams and assist with daily Student Development operations.
• Prepare and manage campus budgets for leadership programs and events.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Student Development and perform other duties as assigned.
