Job summary

Valencia College invites applications for the full-time Coordinator, College Access Program at our West Campus. This role supports high school students’ transition to college through Lift Scholars, building relationships with students, families, and partners.

You will coordinate daily program activities, manage call campaigns and outreach, and analyze data to inform program impact. The position requires onsite work with potential travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with students, families, or partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of higher education admissions processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily program activities and enrollment support.
• Manages outreach campaigns, events, and workshops.
• Collects and analyzes data; prepares reports on program results.
• Maintains accurate information across platforms including LMS and website.
• Plans staff training with the Assistant Director to support program goals.
• Serves as primary contact for inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and partners.
• Supports department initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Travel between campuses and to community events as needed.
